Romeo Juliet Hair Lounge is committed to making sure you have all the information you need and we have provided the FAQs below to answer any questions you may have. All of our products are 100 percent genuine and sourced directly from the brand manufacturer through our Salon. All items are sealed and packaged, exactly as you would find on the high street.

You can pay for your order online via credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard), PayPal, Amazon Pay and Klarna. We are currently unable to take telephone orders. Please do not send cash or cheques to us.

All sales taxes and VAT on orders dispatched within the EU are paid for by us. You can shop in confidence knowing the price you see, is the price you pay.

*PLEASE NOTE: We have no control over taxes and fees charged on orders sent outside the EU. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £30.00 dispatched within the UK. We also offer a next day delivery option for only £3.49. Full delivery information can be found on our delivery page.

Our express delivery service operates in the UK only and is charged at £3.49 per order and is dispatched on a 24 hour TRACKED service. (Mon – Fri only)

We always use tracked delivery services for all our orders. Please check your delivery email for tracking information, should you not receive it then please contact us and we can provide it for you. The majority of orders will be received within 2 – 3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to 5 working days for standard delivery. Next day delivery is posted via Royal Mail tracked 24. This service cannot be guaranteed and we ask you allow 48 hours before contacting us.

Please contact our customer service department if you wish to return your order. All returned items must be sealed and unused when returned to us. Any signs of customer use will result in your return being rejected. If your order is faulty or damaged we will issue you with a free returns label. Should you choose to return your order for other reasons you will be responsible for the cost of return. Please enclose your order number and reason for return, this will enable us to process your refund quickly. Please return your order to: 8b West Telferton, Edinburgh, Eh7 6UL.

*Please ensure any perfumes, nail varnishes or other flammable items being returned, have an ID8000 sticker on the package. These stickers are available from Post Office counters.

If you have not received your order in the time specified within our delivery guidelines, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.

Occasionally we will run out of a particular product during the check out process, if this happens we will contact you within 72 hours of receipt of your order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of your order.

Romeo Juliet Hair Lounge was created to sell directly to customers and is not a wholesaler.

The best way to keep up to date with our latest deals is to follow us on social media, we regularly post discounts, offers and run product giveaways on our Facebook and Instagram platforms.

Security is extremely important to us, our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details.
